budget hotel app

I need an Android app that can do the following: 1)Able to link sale data from multiple location(branch). 2)able to record sales,room reservation,check in and out customer. 3)send notification between employee regarding the status of the room and sales. basic info about the app: 1)we divide the roles in our company into 4 . -Head manager -Branch manager -receptionist -cleaner head manager access right : (Full access right) -add/edit employee record **able to asign branch manager. -add/edit customer record -add/edit franchisee record -add/edit room record -add/edit sales record -able to check in check out make reservation and make sales. -view all the reports -able to send and recieve notification to employee Branch manager access right: Limited access right -add/edit employee record in thier own branch only **unable to asign branch manager. -add/edit customer record -add/edit room record -able to check in check out make reservation and make sales. -add/edit sales record -view all the reports that relate to his own branch only. -able to send and recieve notification to employee receptionist access right: -add/edit customer record -edit room record -able to check in check out make reservation and make sales. -view sales ,room report (limited) -able to send and recieve notification Cleaner access right: -view room status only(able to send and receive notification of room status and mark the room as done and REQUEST FOR INSPECTION and onve inspected by the receptionist will be mark as CLEAN) check in procedure: -request customer id or passport and search for record -able to add customer on the fly if it is new customer and if the customer is a returning customer then can proceed with the check in . -after the customer has been added or varified need to select the room that the customer will be checking in and select number of days the customer will be staying then collect payment from the [login to view URL] will print a receipt to the customer with thermal recipt printer 58mm( link to a cahsdrawer) with the room number and the wifi password. check out procedure: -during cek out we will inspect the room for any damage or any missing items and did the guest smoke in the room and the key has been return or not. -The cleaner will be inspecting the room and notify receptionist. The recptionist will put comment and make a record for the customer . -we will call or sms customer if the key has not been return and remind them to return the key. -after the cleaner done cleaning the cleaner will notify the recpetionist to inspect and double check the room again before the room will be make avalible for rent. Reservation procedure: -we have listed the hotel on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] we will record all the upcoming booking into our system manually . -booking over the phone require payment either by cash transfer or by paypal to comfirm the booking. items and services sale: -customer can order snack or drink from our reception which will be pay by cash and send to the room .
