Add missing API methods

Update our open source PHP package ([login to view URL]) to include all missing public and private API methods provided by the Globitex RESTful API ([login to view URL]). Missing methods must be implemented in the same way the existing ones have been done, including tests with proper assertions. Mostly your work will be copy/pasting from existing code from the Github Project and parameters/object structure from the Globitex API reference. The only exception are API methods that include a transactionSignature (some of the payment data methods), which has not been coded yet. Globitex does not provide a sandbox or test API, so everything would have to be done in the live environment. We would provide some funds for the developer though, so you can test the trade/funding methods. Experience in working with crypto exchanges is an obvious plus for this project.
