Joomla Project neede. (Deadline 9.April)

Hi, We are looking for someone who can create a customiced site for us using joomla 1.0.8. The current plan is to use a standard joomla template (simar to the default one), and to hide some modules, and replace them with new ones (about 5, eg. Newsletter, calendar, picture gallery...) and need configuration. Some extra components would need to be integrated (about 5 , eg. RSS feed) and need configurations. Beside the standard categories a forum (phpbb??/joomlaboards ???not sure yet, with search engine friendly urls) would have to be added and would need configuration (e.g. colours,categories/subcategories, search engine friendly urls). We are aware all these modules are free and can be downloaded, so we would be very glad to be able to make a mutual decision what modules are the best for the choosen template. We also need someone to consult us on a member registration (my account section) and member interaction and then realice the member area (member area will either be in the forum soley or/and the default member login area module on the joomla templates will be used. Minor design refinment are needed including some content change, making template wider, changing colours, some images. We understand that this is not a really big project for someone who is familiar with joomla, however unfortunattly we do have a sort of tight deadline and we will not be able to learn Joomla from scratch in such a short time. However we can prvide a very detailed brief for project. Developers with similar prior experience (url's needed) with joomla will be considered first. looking at no more than $100 for the work.
