431525 Flash/AS3/XML template - Expert project

Hello, Today we're looking for a talented Flash/AS3/XML programmer who can build a flash site template for us similar in some of the function (not so much style) to the one that can be seen at [login to view URL] with the following changes: We would like each element to be controlled via xml. The size, color, position, content and even which page it falls to should be governed by the xml file(s). Basically, having Flash control the motions, the actionscript some of the function and all the styling through the xml. The final output should be a single SWF or a main SWF with all its needed assets (images/vid/other page swf, etc.) in the same directory folders, that controls all the starts from a single SWF file. (More details in the attached pdf) We want maximum flexibility to style this any way we choose and have access to the various content features if we choose to include them. It will take true talent with Actionscript along with Flash and XML knowledge to successfully make this project work as intended. We escrow and will release payment upon successful delivery of the full working files along with any specific instruction necessary to implementation.
