Wordpress Theme# 150

This job requires creation of a wordpress theme from PSD Files which will be provided. A PSD file is all that all be provided. The theme should be created utilising CSS and DIV method. One template is required on navigation menu. The menu should have a drop down facility. The footer menu should also be editable via wordpress where it says 'design by' This theme should be provided in zip file. The theme should be a wordpress theme in the truest of the sense, therefore it should accommodate any plugins we install prior, especially SEO plugins. We will provide 4 days (96 hours) to complete this project, and a further week in total to iron out any bugs, action any feedback. We do not work on Saturdays/ Sundays or after 5pm our time. 100% of escrow will be paid, 100% released on the day of finalisation. Images up the top of page should be editable via wordpress. Non standard font to be embedded for headings and so on (font file will be provided). Meta tags and so on should be editable from wordpress too with All in One Seo pack. If you accept this project you should be able to start as soon as the escrow is paid. If you accept this project you should be able to complete the project within the time specified, or a full refund should be provided, feedback should be actioned also within that time space or a full refund should be provided. Do not make the assumption that 'close' enough is good enough. This website should look identical to how it looks on the PDF files. We will provide 1 x PSD files (layered), we utilise groups in our PSD files for ease of you working within these files. FTP Details to work live on the server.
