Two Databases(repost)

I need a Program to collect and store data then sort and view that data, then send data to our clients vie Email, Fax, or Printer. We have an existing MYSQL database that is used for our online clients to view data vie XML, but we need a desktop application that doesn't require an Internet connection to view. We have a desktop database that is written in VDB3, but we can not edit this software, and are not allowed to view the data in the [login to view URL] I need to replace this program with something new. We also have an old DB3 (DOS based) program that we have used for 12 years, I can give you the structure of this one as all the fields are the same as in the MYSQL and the VDB3 programs. I want to use a database that allows me to see & edit the data stored there. We can not use an Excel CSV to view the data because of the Row limits, we have about 200,000 records and Excel only allows 65,00 rows. Just a quick explanation of what we do. We are a Renters Verification Service for Landlords and Property Managers. We collect data on Evictions and Illegal Detainers from the various Courts in California then sell that info to our clients. 2. We need another program with a totally different though much smaller database we call "Tenant_History" In this one we collect data from our existing clients, regarding the habits of the Renters. We have a MYSQL database for this program, but we also need a desktop application. If you have an intrest in this project, please send me a bid. ## Deliverables We need to be able to add new data, Import new data in csv or text format. Sort by any of three fields, Lookup/Search/Retrive by any of three fields (example Lastname, FirstName, CityName) We would also like a list view that can be toggled on and [login to view URL] need to be able to Export any record to a Printer, Email, PDF, File or Fax, and be able to copy and paste onfo from the [login to view URL] will need some kind of report which will display all the data. that record, along with a Disclaimer at the bottom of the report and a Logo & Title at the top of the report. We need to keep track of our Clients in a database that includes all pertinent info, including Address, Email address, Fax Number, Phone Number, that will allows us to send reports to that Client (Like an address book in an email client) We need to keep track of the cities we service. We need to keep track of the courts we service. We need to keep track of the evictions (In our present databases we call them "Debtors") As for the second program,We have a MYSQL database for this program, but we also need a desktop application, again we need all the same Bells & Whistles as in the Debtors program.
