Power Builder + SQL

I hav a power builder aplication with SQL server database but the programmer ruan away and I have problems now. I think the application fail because there is a problen with a table in the data base (SQL), but I am not sure. I need someone that can take the source code and DB and find the bug and fix it. it is not a complex apllication it is just a renting/sales video store. Tha application was working ok, and suddently it couldnt make an operation because it says: "overflow error converting identity to data type smallint" and "the commit transaction request has no correcponding BEGIN transaction" please conatct me if you feel you can debbug the software or need more information.
