PHP MEMBERSHIP

After searching the net and getting ripped off with a commercial login program, i'm requesting a PHP/MYSQL membership script be written for myself that has features that a proper login system should. this must be done in php/mysql. I totally understand the technology and ideas on how to do this and would combine the code i've seen to create a proper script but to be honest, i'm too lazy and too busy dealing with spam from comcast cable to concentrate on anything. here are the requirements: 1.) must use Md5 encryption on passwords and session hash. 2.) ONLY session hash stored in cookie (no userid/password) 3.) EMAIL ADDRESS VERIFICATION A MUST. upon registering, he/she should receive an auto-generated password to his/her email account and a link to click on for verification. 4.) script must work with register globals OFF. 5.) after logging in, user is NOT forwarded to another page, script will be executed as SSI in an html page using <!--#include virtual --> so page that includes the script will simply load as normal displaying "logged in as/Logout" after authentication, and user will then have access to member php pages. all of my pages will be converted to .PHP extensions and should be protected by however many lines of code at the top of each php page. like.. <?PHP include("[login to view URL]")?> or whatever. 6.) needs to be admin only page for some general stats..who's logged in etc etc..email member list..ip info, ban user by ip, turn on/off account. 7.) not worried about looks of program, i can edit all of that. as i've found out some php proggies look nice and function like crap. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform windows/linux/php/mysql
