Add IPTC info to Images From Database(repost)

Hi I have a stock photo website and I regularly want to upload new images. The website displays the data in the IPTC and EXIF fields. I would like a program that I can point at a database, point at a folder and click start and it will push the IPTC data from the spreadsheet into the IPTC fields. I imagine that I would need a config file where I would enter the mapping information - which excel columns should go into which IPTC and EXIF fields. I would also want a tick box option which would make the program look in all subfolders for the file. I am sure you will need further information. I will be able to furnish you with a sample excel file and the mapping information.
