Wordpress Theme for resale - Business Theme

Hey freelancers! I'm looking for either a great wordpress designer AND developer, or a design and development team that can create an amazing looking wordpress theme. The theme can not be a ripoff of another design, and can not be used again. I must be granted exclusive rights to the use of it and all copyright ownership will be transfered to me on completion of the project. I am wanting to start selling Wordpress Themes and to have a set of premade themes that I can use for client projects when they don't require something custom. I can not stress the importance of top quality design, and that ALL requirements below must be met. I don't mind if you use a theme framework to fulfil most of the feature and customisation requirements, but if you are going to bid, you have to be 100% certain you can do all these things, and within the timeframe. This is a test run to find someone/some group that fits my needs perfectly, and if they get it right, there will be a lot of repeat work on a regular basis, probably starting at 1-2 themes a month and slowly getting up to 1-2 a week. I'd like for this to be done for less than $100, $150 if required. If you look absolutely perfect for the job, I will consider more, but try and keep bidding below $150. This project also needs to be completed within 7 days of starting. I will create a milestone payment for your full bid price once you have been awarded the project, but it will not be released until the project is finished. If you go over 7 days, you won't be considered for future work, if you go over 9 days, I won't be releasing your payment, and I will cancel the project. I am making this clear now, I am looking for someone who can be responsible for their time, if your late with the project, that doesn't show responsibility.
