Website to make gifts

Hi, I would like to create a website to help people with ideas for presents to buy, going from the consultancy on which present to buy to the whole service of selecting and delivering (this second part will be developed in a second stage). The website needs to have 4 sections besides the home/registration page: 1) Consultancy on which gift to buy: this section has to contain a form requiring the following information - Age of the person who will receive the gift (multiple choice) - Gender (multiple choice) - Occasion (open field) - Optional: Category of the gift - Optional: main interests of the person - Optional: upload a picture of the person The person who submits this information will be contacted by email. Ideally this section should have also a credit card payment option. If this last part is too complicated we can do it later 2) Complete service of selection and delivery of the gift: we can leave this part "under construction" and do it in a second stage 3) Marketplace: people post a new topic about the gift that they need to buy and other people/companies propose their products to be sold 4) Blog: general discussion among users about getting suggestions on gift to buy Please let me know if you need further information.
