60162 Website Design-Template Driven

I need a redesign of our web site. The search engine is all template driven so programmer will need to use php code calls within templates. Must undersatnd proper usage of php code within templates as they use database access. Search engine is using [login to view URL] scripts so you can visit there site and see a demo of there version 4 and can demo there admin area and see the template section that is used to set up the site. Need main front page, search result page, header and footer files. Designer chosen can have access to admin section in setting up templates. Need top quality design, "MUST BE ORIGINAL WORK" no pre made templates used! Clean simple front page with small flash in the logo. Want a new logo as well! Static logo will be used on search results page so as not to slow down search results. Must be TOP QUALITY ONLY! Must be UNIQUE WORK! I want a one of a kind web site, so no pre used templates! Work must be completed by the first week of January 2005. If you can't complete the work by no later then January 7th, do not bid on this project! Insist on good communication from design team at all times. Please, only top quality designers. Must see previous work! Designers offering mock ups will be looked at first! We will not provide other sites we like, as some tend to try and copy from them. Design team will offer there suggestions and provide a few choices to choose from!
