Google Maps Website with login/payment functions

All please bid on the following project: Using my HTML5 template (ill provide) build the following: 1) Login / register functionality that loads information for that email address only. 2) A full width Google Map with date slider and navigation control that reads mysql db containing lat/long, submission_date, comments and picture is presented - These are to be rendered on the map with clickable balloon tooltip 3) A list view of the data and thumbnail image that can be shown/hidden - with page pagnition 4) Once logged in the user can Add a post to the map (comments and upload image), edit profile, delete their data, download and share their data (social and @domain names in the db) 5) the list view needs to allow buttons for edit/delete/share/download and download all 6) An overall admin login that shows all submissions with same functionality as above 7) paypal interface that offers and emails upgrade to the users once reaching (3 x configurable packages) number of submissions - e.g. first 50 submissions are free, upgrade (3 x packages) Ill send shortlisted bidders some images as example
