Affiliate tracking system setup for our website.

Our website is [login to view URL] We want to setup a tracking system so that people can promote us and we'll give them a % of the cost etc. What we want to track: successful form fillouts. Basically the affiliate URL will then take them to our website where it will track them all the way to the final confirmation page. The confirmation lead that comes to us through contact form 7 should have an affiliate code attached, if they came through an affiliate URL. So the end form will have all their details etc sent to us in an email, and at the bottom - an affiliate code that tells us who they were referred to. From there, we will track the sales process and deliver commissions manually based on how the project closes over skype/email. We just want to track where the lead is SOURCES from (who sent them to our site) We need this solution integrated, can you do it? Thanks!
