Sending my vbForm to the printer and keeping it the same size regardless of screen resolution

I'm using visual basic 6.0 My printer size is based on the user's screen resolution size. I created this form that I want to send to the printer. Before runtime if the user's screen resolution size is set to 1024x768 then when the form is sent to the printer the printer prints it the perfect size. If the user's screen happens to be a different resolution size and they run my program the printer will print the form a different size. I've used scaling, I've used width and height and it doesn't work. MSDN help feature tells me I can't change the size unless I use an API function.
