quark extension

i need a small program (or macro) to convert "ms word" files into "quark" files type. so i would be able to open them in quark. the files are text files, (some are hebrew letters - right to left). ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
