Original Video Poker Demo for website

I'm looking to hire a freelancer to write the code needed for my patented video poker game called Slide Poker. I originally hired a freelancer to do this demo and I was very satisfied, but after hosting it on a site of his choice, I'm no longer able to access it. I'm hoping to then transfer it to my website which will be hosted by ipage. I would like this to be 100% functional as I will be using this demo to showcase the game to a number of casino gaming companies with the hopes of them placing the game in online and land based casinos. The demo will be used to show how the game is played as I'm sure the company who licenses the game will create it in their own image. I have included a few files below to help explain the game and the what the game interface should look like. I will provide more information as you need it. My hope is to find a reliable freelancer to basically be the person I hire each and every time I need a video poker demo created. I currently have 15 video poker patents and eventually will need each of them created and placed on my website.
