International Cell Phone Roaming Finder

Overview: A php/sql website application that will find the international roaming charge based on user inputting the city / country they are traveling to & their cell phone carrier. Responsibilities of Winner: ***PART 1 1. Gather a comprehensive list of all cell phone carriers (global list) 2. Visit the carriers website to find their charges for international roaming 3. Create an application where the user enters their: (for the entire list below, possibilities should appear as user starts typing) a. their country of origin b. based on above the next box should only include cell phone carriers in that country. They need to choose a cell phone carrier. c. the country where they will be traveling to. The cell phone 4. After submission, the program should present the user with the international roaming rate for that country ***PART 2 1. The user should have the option to take the above figure & be able to further input: a. their time in the country b. their budget 2. program should give them how much time they can talk on the phone each day to stay within the budget. Interface: 1. I need a clean / interactive / fun 2.0 interface for this as well as a creative way to display the roaming charge after the user hits submit 2. the front end should be in php & ajax with the backend being in SQL 3. I will need an organized interface for the backend with the ability to edit the data should international roaming charges change (username & password) 4. the backend needs to be completely secure Please provide: 1. links to any projects like this you have done before 2. estimated timeframe 3. availability post deployment for bug fixes
