Dashboard for customers who are vendors

Hi I'm looking for a custom made module. I'm setting up a prestashop for second hand clothes for children. The main idea is that people can send in clothes for me to sell and get a % of the selling price. For that I need some custom made modules: - Customer logs in and goes to his/ her account overview --> possibility to order a bag to ship new clothes to me - Request has to be approved in the backend by marking the customer as vendor - When the customer is marked as vendor, he or she has a new dashboard to follow up the selling of the clothes. There is a difference between: *** clothes that are not sold yet, *** sold clothes that can be returned *** sold clothes that cannot be returned (=sold for more than 14 days ago). There is a summation for every type mentioned above. When clothes are sold more than 14 days ago the amount is added to the balance of the customer. He or she has the possibility to create a voucher of the amount. When creating a voucher, the voucher value is deducted from the open balance. The voucher is linked to the customer and can be used in the webshop (=standard functionality).
