Wordpress - Modification of Cost Estimation Form - Conditional Logic (Multiplication)

We would like to modify a Cost Estimation Form plugin in an existing Wordpress site to better meet our requirements. You have to make sure that functionality of the plugin stays intact. We want it done in the most minimalistic manner so rest of our plugins are not effected. Also kindly take note of the following job parameters. A) Provide a detailed documentation about the modification done in the plugin. All commands and changes should be included with snapshots. B) Provide a 4 month support if the plugin develops issues after modification or upgrades. C) Complete the data entry. D) Provide documentation on how to modify the data if major changes are done in the plugin and exisiting GUI in the wordpress backend has changed.
