 When Student walks in/walks out the campus the RFID Card will be read by the reader mounted at the gates(UHF reader, manual punch not required), an Auto SMS should be triggered to Parents mobile  Attendance to be tracked as two separate entities, STUDENTS and STAFF.  First login for the day would be considered as in time and last login of the day will be considered as out time.  There will be a 15 – 30 mins from the time student enters/leaves campus, before notification is sent.  No Integration with SIS or existing school management software is considered.  Every school will have an admin with login credentials to manage data/notifications and view reports.  Web based interface, REPORT can be monitored from anywhere across the Globe.  Bulk messaging to send out the notice/event details.  Admin should be able to add multiple recipients based on class, type of students or individual students on the UI.  All the data to be transferred to the cloud.  Daily absentee report.  Daily attendances register.  Monthly attendances register.  Customized report, meaning reports should have option to filter the data based on pre-defined data fields.  Real-time Student Entry Dashboard.

Hi, the concept is really great, i would love to be a part of that . I can do work remotely to work on reading the data from RFID reader, i think once we get success in reading data from RFID reader, then wall can be managed. what UFID reader you are having , what is the interface for it, means serial port or usb, is there any sort of api is available to read data from UFID device. I have a good exp in hardware integration so can easily do it. what we can do is, we can have a desktop application that will read the data from the device and saving it on webserver database. and that database can be accessible through API to web site or android or iphone so later on we can make that app as well. i am really interested in doing this project. so please reply me. This project needs TOO much discussion. It cost ineffective for you and will probably not work as you want it. Please contact for further details. If all students have android or IOS mobiles with WiFi capability and the school has a good WiFi network then things are easier. Also another thing as a solution is the same principal but once the student is in class since you want him/her to get in the class and not only in the school area. Best regards

Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (MS-DOS based desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001, asterisk based VoIP solutions (asterisk, freepbx, freeswitch, elastix) and Wowza/FMS/red5/Kaltura based video streaming/VOD apps for about 5 years. We also maintain our clients' servers (mostly linux) on their behalf besides fiddling with our own Linux test bed VPS's and VMs. Currently exploring International clients for video streaming, backend support and VoIP related work through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. Installing RFID and hardware is out of the scope of this work. Reading data from the sensors and full automated further processing will be done by the system. However, I understand that you will need a windows system and the software that will integrate with the hardware at each site (depends on which hardware you use). Additionally, the application will be Internet dependent. If there no Internet, neither can it update the db nor send sms. If you're aware of that, we can discuss the work further. You may have to provide the RFID hardware optionally for testing. SMS packs, hosting will be extra. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
