I need an expert coder to finish an online capret booking site with cusom php & mysql

I have a website that needs to be finished asap. See attached doc for the address. Im looking at working with a programmer who is experienced in php & mysql. I will provide access to the admin so you can have a look at the current coding. Project Description: This job is to update a current website CMS and functionality by adding more features and usability. I will provide contractor login username and password so you can see what the current contractor login looks like. 1. See attachment for changes to current quoting system - ADD Fabric Protection Pricing to the Cart/Quote page This applies if the contractor has ticked the box for FABRIC PROTECTION. If not it will not appear. You will need to code the following dynamically. The services that require the FABRIC PROTECTION option added to them are: a) RUGS b) CURTAINS c) ROLLER BLINDS d) ROMAN BLINDS e) MATTRESSES These options are already added in the admin so i can add the % extra cost but they need to be coded to work in the Online Quoting page if they are ticked by the contractor in the contractor admin. #2. Add a function for the contractor to submit "Job cancelled by client" This will then notify me that an invoice that was generated should be deleted manually. #3. Add "View Invoices" area that is accessed only by that contractor - here he can see his booking history. This will display in a table: link to the invoice (pdf icon), Date, Invoice Total, Booking Total, Status: PAID/UNPAID, link to pay by paypal, icon to request invoice cancellation (#2 above) #4. Add "View Invoices" to the Contractors Tab in admin so i can see all the invoices relating to each contractor #5. check all prices on the Quoting page and edit $amounts so they all show full amounts including cents eg: $44.00 not $44 #6. Create a cool image to replace the grey FREE ONLINE QUOTE image in the top right corner you must write the word "CARE" when bidding to prove you have read this and understand the job above. #7. On the booking page, Change the heading to "Book Your Clean Online: Carpets, Rugs, Curtains, Blinds, Upholstery & More #8. Under the Contact Us menu at the bottom of the page (footer links) remove the phone symbol and words "Phone:" and replace with an email icon which will link to the Contact us page /[login to view URL] #9. On the booking page, fix the service heading which is currently invisible due to a css error. see attached file: "[login to view URL]" fix so it matches the other service headings of each tab. #10. Fix wrong coloured font for Commercial carpet cleaning. See attached image: "[login to view URL]'. The same applies to "Mattress cleaning" tab - also the price and m2 need aligning to the left to match all the [login to view URL] all service tabs to make sure the formatting is the same. ie: red $ text, alignment etc. to prove you read and understand this job you must write IMAPRO in your message/pmb To view the booking page of the website, it will ask you to enter a postcode, enter: 4000 as the postcode to see all the tabs. There will be other changed to do - the winner of the above will be paid extra to fix more.
