We require customisation to a already custom woocommerce website. The Customisation includes changing the order process and order emails along with allowing front end users to click and button and generate a excel spreadsheet of orders. 1. On the checkout page I need a box that users complete showing their specified ROLE. I will have a list of roles and wondered if we could have a drop down list that they simply choose from, rather than relying on them to write in the correct wording for their role. We need the cost centre box to remain on the checkout as well. Both of these will need to be reported on. 2. Email notifications – can you please set this all up as currently it all obviously relates to USQ. a. Order is placed. An email notification goes back to user and to their approver to notify them the order has been received and has been sent for approval. Order sits in portal as ‘pending’. Can we associate users to their approvers when we set them up so the system know who to email the approval to? b. Approver either approves or disapproves the order - can we customise this so they can approve directly from the email they receive, either by hitting ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in the body of the email or via a reply email? c. Once the approver responds we then need an email to go out to the user to let them know the order has been approved or failed. Order then converts in portal to ‘approved for processing’ (can we add this as an order status with these exact words as this is what they have requested) and/or ‘failed’ – can we have a text field for approver to leave a reason/comment in their reply? We will also need to include in this email notification the table for shipping lead times so users know when to expect their goods (table attached for you to upload in this notification). d. Once job complete and is shipped, an email goes out to user to advise that their order has been shipped. Order sits in portal as ‘completed’. 3. If you could then just tidy up anything else in the back end that relates to USQ so that when I give log in details to Parmalat, they don’t find stuff that doesn’t relate.

Hello, As stated, I won't bomb you with adjectives. This message is simply to say that we can start immediately. Quite often, I have seen programmers bid unrealistically low to grab the project and gradually raise the project cost on the pretext of additional features/ design change. They may also insist for bonuses etc. We just don't do so.
