109896 Bulk Volume Email Server Qmail

EMAIL SERVER FOR HIGH VOLUME EMAIL SENDS. We are seeking a high-volume high-quality email sending solution. We are seeking an email EXPERT (nothing else please!) We would like to use Qmail as the MTA but would like recommendations on other software to manage bouncebacks, provide full detailed reporting and enable us to manage our email lists. We have reviewed OEMPro and Sendstudio but neither on their own have all the features we need. Perhaps you could suggest a package that would enable us to send approx 1-300,000 emails an hour. We would of course have a fairly powerful server to do this. We need to be able to manage lists, manage campaigns, and provide good detailed reporting to our clients. Please identify what software you would recommend and how much it would cost to configure it please. Please DO NOT apply unless you are an expert in this field. We would expert someone with knowledge of: Email throttling (ideally intelligent), multiple IPs & domains, SPFs, AOL whitelisting, enabling high connection volumes, bounceback handling. We do believe that we need a piece of software built from scratch but someone who has the knowledge of all the software in the market, possibly has their own scripts etc who can put together a fantastic package that will handle our email. Previous experience must be demonstrated. Please explain what you could provide, your experience in this field and what you think we need. Please feel free to ask questions.
