Link Exchange Script (186664)

Basically I need a link exchange script similar to LinkAutomate-[login to view URL] or ReciprocalManager-[login to view URL] Both of the above are solid link exchange management scripts but neither have all of the features I need and both are encrypted so I cannot make any necessary adjustments to the scripts. Both of the above programs offer demos of their features and admin panels on their sites and linkautomate offers a trial download so you can see all of what it offers. Linkautomate is closest to what I need but it doesn't allow for importing of links from an outside source which I need (which reciprocalmanager does offer). It needs to be able to import a tab or comma delimited .cvs file of links and their corresponding information (such as would be generated by the desktop software called Arelis which I use so this is a must). Arelis offers a trial download as well at [login to view URL] so you can see the structure of it's exported db file. The script would need to be easily upgradeable as I will be wanting to add further features to the script down the road. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). The script needs to have ALL of the features found in LinkAutomate as well as the additional import features that I mentioned in the first paragraph. ## Platform This script will need to be in PHP and use a MySQL db on a Unix server.
