We have an eCommerce site using Adobe Business catalyst eCommerce We have some products each at a fix price and this is working fine However now we need to have the ability to allow customer to request a quote for a customized product. The customer would have to have the ability to tell us what kind of customization they require on our products and be able to upload a file with the specs, usually should be graphic design so it could be a PDF, PSD, EPS or Word document. The product can not show a price as we dont know what will it be the costs associated depending on the customers design. We can only allow a request to quote. We would like to have this implemented in a rapid manner Please quote cost, time of implementation and provide some examples of work done by you.

We can add a Request a quote button to lead to a Web form. Users will be prompted to enter their name and contact details, describe customizations and upload the file with design. Alternatively, we can insert this form directly into the detail layout of each product. Site admin will receive an email notification with form submission details. Uploaded files will be available in the BC admin panel by reviewing cases that are created after each form submission.
