Build 2D browsergame

I want you to code the famous game Pong and include it in a modern and stylish looking environment. Users should be able to register with my site. After registering they get a random opponent to play against. First to score 3 will win the match and both get immediately new opponents. Also if they want to invite their friends to play with them they should be able to do that via Facebook or E-Mail. So you have to create a stylish,funny and modern looking website and integrate the game into the page. I dont want it to pop-up. I do have a lot of more ideas and prepared concepts for further additions to the project itself. If the website earns publicity i will have a lot of more jobs for you. But first of all the concept should be very basic and the gameplay should be on focus. Nice balls, a nice looking table, nice bars and a gameplay without any bugs,errors and lags. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my needs. Also i want you to tell me about webspace,servers etc. , where and how much to order and rent etc...
