One page bootstrap site needs editing

We have a single page site built in bootstrap located at [login to view URL] We're looking for a talented, PHP, javascript, CSS developer to help us make the changes below. Please read carefully and complete in the exact order listed below. Failure to follow these directions may result in cancellation of the project early. 1) The floating left tab, "Got Questions", needs to be edited so that it looks like the floating left tab at zirtual.com. Please make the following changes: 1) Turn the text the opposite direction so it faces the same direction as the text on zirtual.com. 2) Please make the font and font-size the same as on zirtual.com. You do not need to change the color. 3) Lastly, if you click the tab, it launches our "Sign Up" page. Please have it launch our "Contact" page instead. Our Sign Up and Contact pages can be accessed from the top menu. 2) At the bottom of the page, there is a "Let's Get Started!" button. If you click this button, a form appears. This form currently will send an email after submission. You can run a test by editing the [login to view URL] page with your email address (once you get the site files). We'd like this same functionality where an email is sent after submission for the Sign Up and Contact forms as well. Once done, please let us know which pages were edited and mark in the files where the edits were made. 3) Create a single page. This will be the template for our secondary pages. On our site, if you click "What We Provide" at the top, the screen scrolls down. The company title font size and header background change. Create a single page with this same header and background color (#f3f3f3) for the body (please see attached document for illustration).. We'd like the content and functionality to come from [login to view URL] Please copy exact content from the "Fees" section of this page. You do not need to include the other questions on this page. Also, please include the menu on the right side in this sample page. If you click any of the questions, the answer appears underneath it. Please add this same functionality as well. At completion, you must let us know which files you updated. Coding must be clean. Please place comments where necessary. Again, you MUST follow instructions as listed and complete the tasks in the order listed above. This is a bootstrap site, so any changes must look good on mobile, tablet, etc.. as well, and code must not break the existing responsiveness of the site. There will be two project milestones -- one for items 1 and 2 above. And one for just item 3. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
