Do a little work to 1 section of my Magento Homepage

Alright so this is easy, I NEED THIS PROJECT TO BE COMPLETED ASAP. So, 1. There is 1 slider show not showing the image properly. I am using Banner Next Extension, and the problem is when I add more than 1 banner to the slideshow it will show both banner images at the same time. It is not a slideshow. This needs to be fixed so it works like my websites main slider. 2. BIG PROBLEM, for something reason international orders are not able to place an order unless they pay enough to get free shipping. When an international customer goes to check the shipping rates say "Sorry, no quotes at this time." I need this fixed because I am losing business because of it. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM AND MUST BE FIXED FIRST THING! 3. On the homepage scroll down a little and you will see a Vimeo Video, I need this spot able to accept embedded videos at a specific size. The video should be able to be a Video or a Static Image with html text wrote on the image. So if you can add both the ability to add a video or an image, easily. that would be great.
