Assistance with WordPress site/gallery and bios

I have duplicated an existing WordPress site for a client. I've put the site up on my testing server (on Godaddy) to make changes to it before moving it to the client's hosting account. I didn't have access to the site/theme prior to agreeing to start the project and I'm running into some problems. The theme being used is "Grider." Apparently it allows a portfolio of staff members. Each member has a thumbnail photo which will open a prettyphoto gallery image (large image) and link to it's own bio page. These staff posts are created with the Custom Post Type plugin. The site/theme I've duplicated had an existing staff page, but we're going to need 3 separate staff pages for three different locations that my client has. The page on which the staff thumbnails reside is controlled by a WordPress template. I've tried duplicating the template for the staff page and altering it so that only those staff members for a particular location show up. I have the thumbnails showing up, but they do not expand (to view the larger image in a gallery) nor do they link to the individual bio page. I have reached the limit of my expertise and need some help. I need: 1) 2 more "staff" pages that work like the original staff page 2) 2 more store info pages (that also contain the staff member thumbnails/links 1 & 2 above may mean recreating and/or altering the template that those pages use. 3) Possible assistance in using the Custom Post Type plugin to correctly create staff members/profiles for the 2 additional store locations I have member bios and photos and can provide WP login and FTP login for the directory where the site currently resides.
