Realestate Agent website

CONCEPT I want a website that will showcase the best Real estate agents in each region of the country. The Real estate agents will log in and be able to update their profile details. Users of the website will be able to click on different regions on a map and the Real estate agents in those areas will be displayed. OVERVIEW FOR THE SALESAGENT Real estate agents will fill out an application on the website. The form will require their Name, address, phone, email, criteria for eligibility (tick boxes), region (drop down menu) and desired username and password should their application be accepted. I will receive the application via email and decide whether to accept them or not. If accepted they will receive a confirmation email, a pdf invoice (I will create) and our logo that they can put on their own website that will link to their individual page. The Real estate agents will go to the site, log in, and be able to upload their photo, logo, and other text details, and a link to their own website. They will also need the ability to change these details in the future. OVERVIEW FOR PEOPLE VISITING THE SITE People coming to the site will be looking for the best Real estate agent per region. There will be a blurb about what the site is all about (will need to able to be changed) and a country map with an outline of the different regions. As they pass their mouse over each region it will light up and the available Real estate agents picture, name and logo will appear on the right hand side of the page. Clicking on a region will hold the Real estate agents information on the page until another region is clicked. If they click on an individual Real estate agent they will be taken to that Real estate agent’s page where they will find more detailed information about that Real estate agent. THE LOOK OF THE WEBSITE The site is for elite Real estate agents who will be advertising themselves, so the look must be clean and exclusive. These people will be the best in their field so the site has to look high end. Ideally the front end will be build at least partially in flash, or Java and be clean and fast. I am open to how the front page should start. Maybe a big picture of the country (New Zealand) zooming into a small picture of the country on the left of the page and some intro text to the right saying what the site is about. Perhaps saying how they should run their mouse over the regions. PDF attached, but possible suggestions welcome.
