Youtube meets Flickr

Hello, I would need a Website similar to Youtube meets Flickr including: *Fully functional website including Youtube features (tags, featured videos, recently viewed, channels, Groups, last users online, RSS setup, Invite Friends, Import Addresses from Yahoo, etc) and ability to import video to iPod * In addition to videos, I would like users to also be able to upload and manage images similar to Flickr. *Full admin section to control everything (manage user accounts, etc) *Online language editing tool which works with all Western languages from a coding perspective (would prefer a french-speaking coder but this is not required) *Design based on templates so it is easily editable (style sheets, etc). The look and feel will have to be different than Youtube *Powerful backend script to manage all the videos (search delete, etc) Among other things, website must include: 1. An upload form which can upload any video format, and automatically convert it to .flv format. 2. Automatically take 3 screenshots of the uploaded movie. 3. Automatically stamp the .flv movie with a small logo in the bottom right corner.
