PSPICE SPICE SIMULATION ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT DESIGN

I need to produce spice stimulation for 2 circuits for my Design Project, CMOS nand gate(circuit a) and CMOS nor gate(circuit b). The attached 2 ciruits should be drawn on the spice software and the output(graph) should be generated. This is a very low budget project. For a person who knows the spice software, it shouldn't take no more that 15-20 minutes to do this. I am attaching the ciruits and the word document describing the project.
