I am looking for a developer who can build a site very similar in functionality (but different look) as this site: http://themilliondollarsite.com. It must contain some very simple content management functionality to manage the graphics, text on mouse-over and the Weblink. Simple integration with paypal should be included in the bid. Nothing fancy, just functional. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith.
