Joomla Template Color-Scheme Modification

I am searching for designer/coder (with at CSS, PHP and design skills-Fireworks, Photoshop...) for who would modifly a color scheme (combination of colors) of existing Joomla template that we provide. No hard coding, programming or work is involved in this project because there is no need to completely re-do the existing template. The only thing that needs to be modified is: color scheme, which includes: changing colors of existing buttons and other graphics to specified color combination changing colors of backgrounds, font...in CSS file...) and creation of new header graphic using the images I provide Original Joomla Template that we provide ([login to view URL]) and that needs to be modified includes all the original source files, including original graphics (buttons, backgrounds...), .PHP files, .CSS files and .JS files.
