JavaScript Development for Fitness Site

We have a single page that is completed with html and needs the javascript to be completed/repaired. It incorporates 36 check boxes and is used for the users to "check" the different parts of the software that they wish to purchase. They also use a drop down to choose the number of users they wish to have. There is then a discount that is calculated and displayed by the number of users and the number of pieces of software chosen. i.e. 2 users, 4 kits, discount level = 8 (This is calculated by numberUsers x numberPiecesSoftware.) That number then corresponds with a percent discount. We have a simple formula to calculate the total price of the software package that the user wishes to purchase. The price of each kit is in the html. All prices are listed as 1.xxx. The xxx is the dollar price of the kit. i.e. 1.054 would be $54. This can be changed to make it work. Formulas: Total Price = ((1-Discount)*SumPriceKits) + 249.99 Discount = (NumberKitsChosen*NumberUsers) Discount levels: 1 to 5 = .10 5 to 9 = .15 10 to 19 = .25 20 to 34 = .30 35 to 49 = .35 50 to 69 = .40 70 and up = .45 We need the discount level to appear in the discount box. i.e. .30 needs to appear in the discount box as 30%. (Please see file) **Note - part of the javascript is completed but is not functioning properly. It may be a very simple fix. Please view attached html file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The javascript must be in complete working condition and will be thoroughly inspected before payment is issued. ## Platform This will need to function with all major web browsers, IE, Mozilla, Netscape, etc...
