CMS system and custom coding

Development of some custom features using an existing open-source CMS system. I'm partial to Mambo and would prefer using that, but I'm open to suggestions provided the system is secure and won't be hacked (so no nukes). The page design has already been completed in CSS/XHTML, but there will obviously be a need to convert what I have into templates for the CMS. I have created a PDF file detailing my requirements and the features that I want to include in this project at: <[login to view URL]> (note: This site is running my Mambo test site, so you may need to hit the URL twice to get the file) and it is also attached to this bid. Highlights include: Advertising subscription management with automatic recurring payments and email reminders and receipts Custom-coded advertising management system for advertisers to upload pictures and text to create their own "brochure" pop-up page Integration of a forum/message board (most likely phpBB or simpleboard, I'm open to suggestions Creation of an online store pulling a datafeed from Commission Junction ([login to view URL]) Implementation of one of the mod_rewrite type packages to generate search-engine-friendly URLs and other SEO features A few other things, check the file. I look forward to hearing form you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
