Consultation on New CRM Application

What I need now is a consultation from an expert experienced with Borland Delphi 7 Enterprise, MySQL/Firebird database, and a rough knowledge of Developer Express VCL components. My friend and I have spent months developing a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software package. We both designed it, but he was the person with expert-level knowledge of actually writing the code to make everything happen. Not long ago, he decided to quit the project for personal reasons, so now I am looking for someone to help me take over this project and get it back on track to completion. Eventually, I am looking to hire you to help me finish the project, but for now all I am asking for is a consultation. What this means is I want you to look at everything we've done so far (the project files, the code, usage of components, etc) study it and talk with me about it at the same time so I can help you understand the software. After I bring you up to speed on the software, I want to ask you questions based on your knowledge of everything involved. Questions like "How long would you estimate to complete it?" "How much do you think it would cost?" Etc. And since the code is getting a little old now, I would also like your ideas on how to make it better/more modern without sacrificing any functionality. I have a lot of ideas about this software and it is sortof my "pet project" - so I want to find someone who is great at what they do, communicates well, and has fun creating ideas that have never been done before (this software's design and features are very unique) By the way, I can provide copies of all components and software used, no problem. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
