Create Training Schedule -- Excel, Access, Analysis Skills

We have a spreadsheet filled with names that we need to create a training schedule from. We require a coder to GROUP people from the list in order to create this schedule. This is a grouping and "analysis"-style project. You may wish to use Excel or Access, or any other tool, in completing your work. I am attaching a list of NAMES, and "skills" across the top of the screen. Each skill includes a rating, such as "Menu 02" (where Menu 04 is the highest in skill ranking, Menu 00 is the lowest). We require this list GROUPING into bunches of approximately eight, each with similar training requirements. For example, you may group eight people together with ROUGHLY the same requirement -- whereby the majority of people are being trained for the same thing. You may of course end up with participant in a group that isn't trained on anything. That is simply how the dice rolls :) This needs to be EXTREMELY LOGICAL, and you may even use analytical software in order to decide on the grouping. === The WINNER of this bid will need to begin work *IMMEDIATELY* and provide communication via MSN. You will need to demonstrate a very clear understanding of the challenge, and your bid will be chosen based on KNOWLEDGE and PRICE. No far out bids please. I will give a 10 * rating for a good job, and will work with you again :)) === Some further rules: Where possible, two individuals from the same "depot" should not be included in the same batch of eight. Those with the "Shipping" skill should preferably be included separately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform End result should be delivered in Microsoft Excel, if possible
