Multichannel (2 to 4 channel) Wave (wav,adpcm, mp3) Recorder/Playback App

I need a working Multichannel (2-4 channels at least) Wave Recorder/Playback App. This would ideally be based on the BASSEnc add-in of BASS audio library. [see [login to view URL]][1] (Donwload the BASSEnc extension code and see the **rectest** example in **that zip**). Formats are wav, adpcm, mp3 etc as supported by the library. If possible I need to option e.g. to record 2 stereo inputs fromn two sound cars to either 4 separate mono files, or 2 x stereo files or 1 single multichannel file. The playback should also have fast forward, reverse, skip and bookmark functionality. I already have a 1 x stereo version working in C# that could be used for reference based on the rectest sample. I would like the look of graphic display for the wav, etc as in the “**Simple**?? example that is part of the BASS Net2.3 which could be used as a base for the player component. Platform should ideally be Delphi. New: Please see the specs for what would be the completed app/functionality required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
