Custom Forum

Basicly I am looking for a quote on how much you all would charge to make a custom forum. Let me explain a bit more. I have attached a list of features that would be included into the forum. I will only need 1 or 2 people and they will have to beable to work with 2 other coders that are on my staff and know php and java script. This forum will be coded in php, mysql, with some javascript in it (no much). The forum would have ALL the features of vBulletin plus the ones in my attached zip file. Then you can search the whole forum and even the admin center and see what I am looking for. The forum that I want to be made WILL NOT be template based like vBulletin yet. I am keeping this open for about 1/2 week so please give me your quotes. When I do decide to go though with this I will contact the 1 or 2 coders. Dark Shogun ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Support for the forum until it hits final status and everything works perfectly. 5) Coder(s) will give my team VERY detailed note and comments on every he/she does so that if something goes wrong or we get a error after it goes final we will know where to look and how to fix it. ## Platform Linux Server. ## Deadline information My coders said it shouldn't take more then 6 months tops to do this so thats the time limit I am giving. I will give thanks to the person/persons that help make this in the admin cp. This forum will be for commerical use after I see how people like it. If people like it alot I WILL come back to the person/persons that helped and get a template system somewhat like vbulletins put in and add more features.
