73550 Script install-PHP mysql data

I have a free email service script that I need reinstalled and setup on a new dedicated server. Sript is php and with a mysql database The current database is 15mb so I need someone who is experiencec in moving small databases from server to server. The script has a chron which needs to be set to run ever 5 minutes The mail feature uses sendmail. I have the complete script including forum links for troubleshooting. Domain is setup and DNS info has been changed to the proper nameserver. It is basically waiting to be moved. I need a COMPLETE installation. The past few installations I have had have simply been incomplete. Programmers have left me with the software not working properly or improperly installed. I need a complete installation tested thoroughly by the person installing it. You must have IM to bid on this project and you must be make yourself available for updates.
