Series 1 PSD files clean up

Description of work: We have multiple series of PSD files that we would like to offer our photography studios for an upcoming promotional event. There are approximately 11 files in a series and each file is a template that studios can use to easily create a collage of a student using their school photos, photographed over multiple years. These templates can range from having as few as 2 photos and up to 13 photos. attached is an example of one template before and after images are added. We request the following: Layers to be cleaned up, sorted into Folders, and arranged so anyone can open the file and clearly understand where to add the new photos. Layers that are turned off should be deleted. Any images of a child should be removed. Smart objects layers: Each layer where we need to add a student photo should be a smart object layer. This should allow the user to double click on the layer, add and adjust the image to their specifications then close and save the smart object. Once closed the new image should appear within the collage. Font layers: These layers are optional for a studio to use and can be turned on or off for the final product. Year fonts: Should be located within the pose folder that it is associated with each posed image. Student name fonts: This can be placed outside any folders on top of any layers. Message fonts: This can be placed outside any folders on top of any layers.
