Alter some Images

I am creating a lego series, currently working on the first episode. What I require is VFX and possibly CGI to be done in the film. Preferbly more visual effects. What I need done, is simply studs glowing when a minifig clicks on it. I need the blaster muzzle effects done. (Anyone familiar with starwars should know what I am speaking about). Possible explosions, and some masking. There may be a few other things. Below are some sample images. As you can see on both photos there are fluro studs. If you could send me an example of it glowing, so I know what your capable of that would be fantastic. You can crop it down if you wish just for the stud part. I will be working on this closely and am the only one animating and directing this series, it's low budget so if you can be reasonable for something fairly basic to an experienced VFX designer/animator/graphic designer this is perfect for you. Please get back to me asap. Realistically right now this really is a micro subject, however we can speak more about it and more information will be provided as we talk about the topic.
