Objective
Create HTML pages where clients can go to submit support requests. This site will streamline the ticket creation process for the client and provide consistency with how tickets are presented to the support staff.
Front-End
1. Create a page that presents a series categories in drop-down menus. The option selected will determine what categories are included in the next drop-down menu. These categories will be editable in the back-end of the system.
2. At the end of the selection process, they are provided with a form to complete.
b. When the form is submitted an email is sent to and the “from” email should be the clients email address that is entered in the form.
Back-End
We simply need HTML files created that we will upload to one of our sites. So essentially the front end details above, we just need to be able to edit that material.
We will send full documentation when project is accepted.
