fix bugs for a readymade .net script

This is the C# version of the code written by the author as presented in the book." - This is what I need for the project, 1) fix [login to view URL] remove paypal feature, for order result to email to one for member(as receipt) and another for admin(to dispatch products) 2) fix Admin/[login to view URL] for files(product pix) uploaded to /Uploads and automatically updated on the product page([login to view URL], [login to view URL] - fullsize image) take out Small Image Url, Full Image Url; and have uploaded product pix to automatically adjust to optimal use. 3) test newsletter mail functions correctly. 4) test mail functions for all features that require it. 5) provide full working log on all added/revised files. 6) I will upload all changes to a server of my choice and test all features described above to finish the project and release the fund. My budget is $100USD maxiumum.
