Write an Android Library / Listener to capture GeoLocation

We need a very simple app (POC). Those who know Android application development well, will be able to develop this in 3-4 hours. What it should do... #1 Capture a) latitude b) longitude c) altitude d) bearing e) speed #2 When a) when method GetCurrentLocation() method is explicitly called b) between the trigger of StartGettingLocation() and StopGettingLocation() (call GetCurrentLocation() every "X" seconds / minutes / hours ("X" will be passed from settings)) #3 Sensor a) triggers an event when the device gets inside or outside a GeoFence (GeoFence is passed by calling SetGeoFence() that takes an array / list of GeoPoints. It can be of any shape - rectangle, ellipse, polygon.) **Note** The accuracy of the solution is very important. It should always get the current location and not a stale location. If for any reason it cannot / couldn't get the current location, it should throw an exception. The application should "preferably" work on all devices running Android 2.2 and higher.
