Write an Android application

The application will mainly have two users, distributors and retailers. The retailers will use this app so that he can avail these services to customers recharge/dth/postpaid bus ticket booking train ticket booking utility bills payment IMPS money transfer He will pay admin(the company) the money and the amount will reflect in his app as virtual wallet. whenever he makes a transaction the money is deducted from our account and it will be reflected in his app by the amount getting deducted in his wallet. After deduction, a commission amount should be credited in his wallet. The retailer should be able to request certain amount to his distributor (limited amount). The retailer should have a daily, weekly, monthly sales and commission data. The distributor is in between retailer and the company. The distributor should have all the retailers list, individual and total sales and commissions gained. Should respond to the requests sent by retailers nad on accepting, the amount from his wallet will be deducted and credited in retailers wallet. For each payment made by retailers under him, a small amount of commission will also be credited to distributor. Admin has the capability to add funds to distributor and retailer. Admin should get the whole list and a separate list of retailers with low balance. billing amount exceeding wallet of distributor or retailer should result in a message of low balance and services should be paused.
