Mobile APP development (iOS and Android)

We would like to create a mobile app for Android and IOS. We need the base of the application which we can use to start our project. Features: - We provide the application wireframe. - You don’t have to make visual design for this work (just code and View Controller). - The application doesn’t have to be WebView. - All source code should be provided. - All Application’s data/content should be located in the Web Server. - All communication between Web Server and application should be secured. - High quality, structured, performed and fully commented code! - Coding languages: WebServer: (Python or JavaScript - NodeJS) preferred, or any professional scripting languages. IOS: Swift Android: Java DataBase: Mysql - Sign up and Sign in, for both interface: Application / Web Server: Implement web services for authentications, in details: The user request an authentication to the server with a token, which give him the access to the application. - There are two groups of user with different grunts: Users from the first group can add content, while the users from the second group can see/search/browse the same content. Each user has a personal profile. Possibility to browse another user’s profile. User can vote for content and other members. User can follow other members. Integration of google maps: Users can locate each other position on the map using tracking service.
