Build an Android & iOS short video social media app with admin panel.

We’re looking for a team to build us an Android and iOS app with admin panels, the app is a simple short-videos social media app where the users talk about a topic (we’re currently working on this algorithm) that is pushed by the admin (autopushed\manually pushed). We have the detailed user requirement ready, and will provide it on finalizing the price and starting the project. The app is expected • Account creation and Login page • User profile page • Notifications • Settings page • Home Screen\Splash page – User is allowed to like, comment, share, view and repost the videos. • Add page – This page allows users to create video with very basic filters and adding a description (No fancy AR\VR filters & No fancy audio) • Explore\Search – User should be able to search for a user or topic • Admin Panel – Should have all admin privileges of a standard social media app. We’re looking to create a short video apps (30 seconds), where users will talk about a relevant topic pushed (auto-pushed) by the admin. Most features are similar to existing social media apps. We’re a team of techies, so we’ll provide you with a detailed user requirement (we already have it ready - little to no scope creep) and could also help you with some level of technical details as well. Could you please share the portfolio of apps you’ve developed? And some of your apps that has the highest users\downloads. 2. What is the most complicated app you’ve developed so far? How long did it take to develop the app? 3. Will you be willing to sign a NDA and Software development agreement\Code Ownership Agreement with us(WE NEED COMPLETE CODE OWNERSHIP)? Will you provide documentation for the apps developed? 4. What cloud platform do you generally host the apps? What would be the best in terms of scalability, speed and cost? 5. Are you aware of video compression techniques? 6. What are the app development process and quality assurance practice you follow? Could you share details of your team members? 7. How long will you provide the maintenance and support for? Also could you please provide details on bug fixes and feature enhancements, if any. 8. What do your payment and fee terms look like? 9. Are you aware of the security guidelines and data security norms we need to follow to develop the app and keep user data secure? 10. Will you help us with hosting the app on Apple Store and Google store, and its review process?
